About Nathan

Nathan has 15 years experience racing ultramarathons and working as a professional Physical Educator and Endurance Coach.

The mentors of his life have been individuals who synthesize scientific information with physical practices of incremental change. Running Cedar follows in their footsteps by anchoring treatment plans in truthful conceptions of adaptation, compensation, homeostasis, and continuity of client-focused care.

With time, a modest drip of water carves a deep basin from stone. So too can the consistent hand and client-informed plan lead to relief, renewal, and a depth of being.

Nathan offers relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and neuromuscular therapies.

In his leisure time, Nathan enjoys hiking, reading, and playing disc golf with friends. Nathan aspires to one day publish a manual on difference-making and become a dog dad to a long-haired dachshund.
