CANCELLATION / NO SHOW I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service, applied to the card on file or deducted from your account credit.

GIFT CARD POLICY Gift cards and prepaid service credits are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards may be used toward any available services or retail and are valid for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

REFUND POLICY Refunds are only considered within 30 days of the original purchase date and only in cases where no portion of the purchased services or credits has been used. After 30 days, or once any portion of the services or credits has been redeemed, all remaining balances are maintained as non-refundable account credit. Running Cedar Massage Therapy does not provide cash refunds for unused service credits.
