Bringing Therapies Home to You
Running Cedar Mobile stems from my drive to be a support-piece to a spanning group of individuals in my surrounding communities.
Informed by my background in coaching long-distance runners, the period of time I spent living in Finland, immersed in Finnish health and fitness culture, and through the experience of witnessing my grandmother’s resilience near the end of her life, Running Cedar Mobile assists others in accessing relief, renewal, and strength within their bodies.
Let Running Cedar Mobile create space and depth within your week. I offer relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and neuromuscular therapies. I am receptive and considerate in how I listen to your needs, integrating your lived experience and express goals into client-informed treatment plans. If simplicity and quietude is preferred, I will meet the tone by conducting a premium service in a mindful, and timely manner.
I am confident that you will find Running Cedar Mobile to be an anchor and an uplift within the rhythm of your days.
Sincerely,
Nathan, LMBT#23462
Book an In-Home Session
In-Home Massage is Backed by Scientific Review
Research published in 2026 suggests that a familiar environment, such as an individual’s home, allows for increased activation of the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest).* A 2020 paper established a correlation between the health benefits of Massage Therapy and the client’s level of relaxation, or, “autonomic tone,” during a session.**
When framed together, these two papers (and many supporting studies) supply reasonable grounds for the home as a synergistic setting for therapeutic touch.
